USA Equestrian Announces Proposed Additions To Calendar

The USA Equestrian Eventing Committee proposes adding two CIC-W*** to the calendar beginning in the spring of 2003. These will be the U.S. qualifiers for the Eventing World Cup final, which is planned for October 2003 in France. One competition is proposed for the East and the other for the West. These competitions will be held between March 1, 2003 and August 31, 2003. There will be a minimum prize money requirement, as well as an FEI franchise fee. All organizer of existing advanced-level horse trials will be invited by letter to submit a bid to host one of these competitions.
