Olympia’s Extra Christmas Presents to you

If you thought Olympia International Show Jumping Championships (19th – 23rd December 2002) couldn’t get any better then think again! This year at The Grand Hall, Olympia, London, we are giving you more than ever before with some spectacular ‘extras’ to keep you and the children fully entertained throughout the day.

While you get to grips with your Christmas shopping in our spectacular new Olympia Shopping Village, children can test their artistic abilities with our talented children’s artist. Alasdair Banks, our ‘artist in residence’ will be providing fun sculpture workshops every day enabling children to get creative and make, paint and take away their very own Christmas presents!

Seeing is believing…. Children and adults alike will also have the chance to meet the real Father Christmas! He will be flying in on his sledge direct from Lapland especially for the event and can be found in the shopping village every day between 11am and 7pm.

For the first time ever we are giving everyone the chance to become a top show jumper – with the help of a little digital enhancement! Our photographer can cleverly superimpose your face onto your favourite jumping picture from the show and turn it into a postcard, which is sure to wow your friends.

All this is in addition to the show itself, which combines the finest aspects of equestrianism including world-class show jumping, the awe-inspiring Hungarian Flying Csikos, the fabulous Metropolitan Police Activity Ride and family favourites the Shetland Pony Grand National, the Pedigree Dog Agility and the party atmosphere of the Grand Finale.

It just keeps getting better!

There will be ten performances at Olympia from Thursday 19th December – Monday 23rd December. Contact the box office, telephone 0870 733 0733 or visit the web site at For Private Boxes please call Ianthe Pearce on 020 7370 8206.
