Festival Of Horses - 19 - 20 June 2004

Learning to Listen, Hill Top Farm, Ilton, nr Masham, North Yorkshire

A weekend to celebrate horses, including demonstrations in natural horsemanship by Sarah Kreutzer, Western riding with Gill Shepherd and the spectacular thrills of daring rider Guido Louis and his extremely well trained horses (as seen at Olympia).

Equine therapists, pony rides, carriage driving, trade stands, barbecue, carnival rides and refreshments will be available throughout the weekend, with a live band playing on Saturday evening. Visitors who don't want to miss a moment can bring their tents to camp overnight at a cost of £5.

The festival will begin on Saturday at 1pm, with the first demo at 2pm. All equine demonstrations will finish at 6pm, when the band will take over, getting everyone up and dancing. Sunday will run from 10am to 4pm.

SATURDAY (incl band in evening): Adults £8, children £4, family (2 adults + 2 children) £20

SUNDAY: Adults £5, children £2.50, family (2 adults + 2 children) £12

WEEKEND (2 days, with band on Saturday evening): Adults £10, children £5, family (2 adults + 2 children) £25.

Some will be on sale at the gate subject to availability .
Horses are also needed for Sarah Kruetzer's demonstrations - anyone with a horse they think suitable should contact her on the number above.
