USET Announces The World Equestrian Games Selection Procedures Are Available
On USET Web Site

Gladstone, New Jersey—January 15, 2002—The United States Equestrian Team
(USET) announces that the Selection Procedures for 2002 World Equestrian
Games (WEG) are available on line at www.uset.org

The Selection Procedures for the 2002 World Equestrian Games were approved
by the USET Executive Committee on December 21, 2001 and the Executive
Committee of USA Equestrian at its Annual Meeting in Charlotte, NC on
January 10, 2002.

The United States Equestrian Team is a non-profit organization that selects, trains, equips and finances equestrians of the highest possible standard to represent our country in major international competition, including the Olympic Games and the World Championships. To accomplish this, the USET seeks out and nurtures the development of talented athletes - riders, drivers and horses - and provides the support and guidance they need to help them attain their fullest potential.
