TRAXDATA SHOWS ITS SUPPORT FOR SHOWING
Traxdata one of Europe's
leading companies in modern technology and the biggest sponsor of show jumping
in this country has announced its move into showing sponsorship.
The first, to take place at
the Ponies (UK) Summer Championship, 15th -19th August,
will be called the Traxdata Kingsford Ridden Mountain & Moorland
Championship. The three-year agreement has been warmly welcomed by Davina
Whiteman, chairman of Ponies (UK), "We are delighted to be associated with
Traxdata and hope that this association will greatly benefit the showing
fraternity throughout the UK"
The second, the BSPS Traxdata
Supreme WHP Champion of Champions of 2001 will take place at the British Show
Pony Society Summer Championships at Peterborough, 29th August -
1st September. The Working Hunter Pony Champions from all BSPS
affiliated shows will qualify for the final at the Summer Championships Show.
Introduced last year, this popular championship class has attracted a keen
following.
Jeanette Edwards from
Traxdata said: "Although the company is heavily committed to its show
jumping sponsorships, which have achieved great brand awareness for Traxdata,
it also recognises the huge following that showing has and the opportunity it
offers to promote our brand further. These two classes are the ideal
sponsorships for Traxdata to support another great sport."
This year Traxdata is the
title sponsor of the Traxdata Royal International Horse Show and the Traxdata
Derby Meeting; it is also supporting Royal Windsor Horse Show and Olympia
International Show Jumping Championships.
