horse Caterers Ready to Cook at Brookhill Steeplechase 2001

Raleigh – While one needn't be a party planner to attend the Brookhill Steeplechase, a little party planning with a caterer goes a long way in making a steeplechase event more enjoyable!

Whether one is a paté de fois gras aficionado or a barbeque fan, watching the steeplechase while being waited on hand and foot can’t be beat. Think of it as a cavalry charge past a great catered lawn party. "As one of the premiere sporting and entertainment events in the Triangle, it is no wonder that the Brookhill Steeplechase attracted a number of caterers vying for the opportunity to serve our guests this year.” states Hospitality Vice-Chair Danielle Marquis, “We are pleased to be welcoming Marlin Events, Catering Works, and The Warehouse back to the Steeplechase based upon their proven superb quality. We are also excited to present a few newcomers including The Ground Finale and The Italian Chophouse, both anxious to impress hungry race enthusiasts. We are looking forward to a stellar catering year!"

The Warehouse is an official caterer in the Brookhill Village. Also in the Village for 2001: The Ground Finale and Catering Works. In the Glen and Grove areas, the official caterers are the Italian Chop House and Marlin Events. Please contact Meredith Winebarger (mwinebarger@gov.state.nc.us) for further Brookhill Steeplechase catering details.
