Smith strikes again in the young horses class

Robert Smth rules again in the young horses class. The British rider, already winner in the American Continental Properties Prix on Saturday afternoon, doubled his victory in the opening competition of the of the last day in San Patrignano CSI-A,. He won the SEA Aereoporti di Milano Prix, going before respectively Mark Van Dyck from Belgium and the Australian lady rider Edwina Alexandra. Senator Marius Claudius turned out to be the young horse with the best condition at the show. He is son of Concorde, a horse which had gathered outstanding successes under the saddle of Jos Lansink, a champion now riding for the Belgian team. The mare Roxanne, second, under the saddle of Van Dyck, was bred by one of the most important French sires of the last ten years:Quidam De Revel, a stallion who, together with his rider Hervé Godignon had ruled the international scene in the nineties. The current Olympic champion, Jeroen Dubbeldam took the fourth place. The fifth place went to the first of the Italian riders, Filippo Moyerson, always at the top of the Italian equestrian sports for almost twenty years, on his chestnut gelding Napoli.
