Torchbearer Fund
|
In
an effort to recognize the accomplishments of the registered purebred
and half Welsh Pony, USA Equestrian has teamed up with the Welsh
Pony & Cob Society of America by creating the Welsh Pony &
Cob Society Fund.
The
purpose of the fund is to provide financial support in the form
of educational grants to the riders of the highest scoring purebred
Welsh Pony and the highest scoring registered Half Welsh Pony
at the annual Wild Horsefeathers/USAE National Pony Hunter Championship
in the Regular Pony Hunter Division.
The
creation of the Welsh Pony & Cob Society Fund is a marriage
between USA Equestrian, the Welsh Pony & Cob Society of America
and the Welsh breeders. Contributions to support the Welsh Pony
& Cob Society Fund can be sent to the Welsh Pony & Cob
Society of America at PO Box 2977, Winchester, VA 22604, or USA
