TEAM tonight (Saturday November 10) made sporting history by winning the
prestigious Nations Cup at Toronto. This follows the Nations Cup victory
in Washington (October 28) and the Nations Cup win at Calgary (September
9).
No Irish team has
ever beaten the crack North American teams on their home ground three
times in a row. It is also the first Nations Cup ever won by Ireland at
Toronto.
