horse lover on ebay.com

The

bid of $10,000 on eBay, you can bid on a dedication page featuring
YOUR horse in the upcoming title “Seabiscuit vs. War Admiral:
The Greatest Horse Race in History.”
The
highest bidder will get: A full-color image of their horse on the
last page of Angel Bea Publishing’s new book, “Seabiscuit
vs. War Admiral: The Greatest Horse Race in History,” along
with a 200 word dedication to their horse from the author. The winner
will also receive an original illustration of their horse ($1,500
value) and 100 copies of the book ($1,595 value) at no additional
charge.
When
the owner of Angel Bea Publishing, Kat Shehata, was asked the obvious
question, “Why are you auctioning off a page in your book?”
she replied, “I want to be different. Every publisher in the
world markets books by sending out review copies, buying add space
in trade magazines, and by getting celebrities to endorse their
products,” Shehata continued. “I thought this would be
a fun, non-traditional way to get a lot of attention for our new
title.”
“Seabiscuit
Vs. War Admiral: The Greatest Horse Race in History” is a 32
page, nonfiction, fully illustrated, children’s book that features
the 1938 match race between two legendary racehorses, Seabiscuit
and War Admiral. The book is written by Kat Shehata and illustrated
by Society of Illustrators award winning artist, Jo McElwee. The
book will be distributed worldwide by Independent Publishers Group
and will be featured on Angel Bea Publishing’s website, www.angelbea.com.
The book will be available online and in bookstores in September
2003.
