side consists of the Chairpersons of the various sub-committees
and the Management and Finance Group will be made up of eight people
two from each region of which one must be from Executive.
Charles Hanley will be Chairman of both groups. It is expected that
each group will meet in the near future and report back to the full

time. The accommodation situation and appointment of a Chief Executive
