Horse Park Expands Calendar to 35 Events With Nearly $600,000 in Prize
Money
Parker, CO, January 26, 2004 The Colorado Horse Park has expanded
its 2004 events calendar and will offer more prize money than ever
before. Opening with a hunter/jumper schooling show in February, the
Colorado Horse Park is pleased to include several nationally recognized
competitions with almost $600,000 in prize money. Highlights for the
2004 season include:

The High Prairie Three Day Event ** The sole 2-star event
in the Rocky Mountain region with riders coming from nine states
as well as Canada and Mexico.

Dressage at High Prairie with USET Qualifier Three separate
shows with classes from training level to FEI, including the only
USET Qualifier in the region
·
The third annual High Prairie Roundup Barrel Race - Last year more
than 500 entries from 18 states contested the America West 4-D tournament.
This year exhibitors will compete for almost $30,000 in prize money

High Prairie Summer Circuit--Four weeks of A circuit
hunter/jumper competitions with over $450,000 in prizes including
three grand prix, a $25,000 working hunter classic, as well as the
inaugural showcase of sale horses on July 13th.

Dressage in the Rockies Three distinct shows plus the USDF/Cosequin
Breed Show. Spectators will enjoy the inaugural presentation of
the Fiesta of the Spanish Horse.

The Colorado Horse Park CDE National Singles Driving Championship
The excitement of this three-day driving championship event
highlights the best combined drivers in the nation.

Halloween with Horses This spectacular family fall festival
provides a unique and safe environment for Halloween lovers of all
ages. Crowd favorites include the horse costume contest with $1000
grand prize.
