Riders Set to Jump for a JustWorld
Wellington, Florida JustWorld International is preparing to
host its inaugural Jump for a Just World event on Saturday,
January 24, 2004, in Wellington, FL.
Hosted
by Belle Herbe Farm, the Jump for a Just World Training
Show will see some of the worlds greatest show jumping athletes
competing for the benefit of JustWorld International, a not-for-profit,
humanitarian organization founded to prepare and empower students
to become visionary leaders and work for social justice. Following
the competition, a party complete with cocktails, dinner and dancing
will again benefit JustWorld International, as will a silent auction
featuring many sought-after items.

States Equestrian Team member and Jump for a Just World
spokesperson, Ray Texel, will design the courses with assistance
from Armando Garcia of Mexico. High profile athletes supporting
the Jump for a Just World event include Eric Navet and
Yann Candele of France, American grand prix riders Alison Firestone,
Candice King, Laura Kraut and McLain Ward as well as current Canadian
Show Jumping Champion, Eric Lamaze, and 2003 North American Young
Riders Championship team gold and individual silver medallist,
Keean White.
