Skelton from Shrewley, Warwickshire finished runner-up in yesterday's
World Cup in Amsterdam, beaten into second place by Germany's Meredith
Michaels-Beerbaum by less than half a second. Skelton riding John
and Lisa Hales' 10 year-old bay Oldenberg stallion jumped one of
only three double clear rounds of the competition beating the Netherlands
