East Anglias largest and oldest Horse Show -
132nd Woodbridge Horse Show - May Day Bank Holiday 3rd May 2004
The
Woodbridge Horse Show Society has announced the date of their 132nd
Show which is to be held at the Suffolk Showground, Ipswich. It
will take place on May Day Bank Holiday 3rd May 2004. It is the
largest and oldest horse show in East Anglia featuring an extensive
range of equine events.
Over
one thousand entries are expected for this years show and
the organisers are set to attract five thousand visitors to the
event. The show will commence from 8.30am on Bank Holiday Monday
3rd May and entrance will cost £3 for adults, £2 for
senior citizens and £1.50 for children under 15 with free
car parking.
The
Shows President, Mrs Wilfred Tolhurst said, The Woodbridge
Horse Show derived its importance from being the first exhibition
of the Suffolk Horse season and over the years has developed into
a very successful show. The Woodbridge Horse Show receives tremendous
support from riders and spectators alike. The large variety of breeds
and the Main Ring attractions combined with trade stands and catering
facilities provides a great day out for all the family.
