Howard
Wins Again In Holland |
Leslie Howard claimed
her third Grand Prix victory in a four-month period in
Holland, at s'Hertogenbosch, on the 10-year-old Belgian Warmblood gelding,
Priobert de Kalvarie (Kimball x Dorothee de Kalvarie), owned by Higher
Ground Farms.
Howard's time of 32.64
in the jump-off was the best in the field of riders
including Sydney Olympic Individual Gold medal winner, Jeroen Dubbeldam
(NED) and the multi Olympic Gold medalist Ludger Beerbaum (GER). This
win
netted a third car (2 Audis, 1 Nissan) for the 1984 Olympic Gold Team
medalist whose two other victories were in Maastricht and Amsterdam.
