Garden State Horse Show Thanks Sponsors & Vendors

AUGUSTA, NJ—April 12, 2002—The Garden State Horse Show, which returns to the Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta, NJ, May 1-5, is the largest hunter/jumper show in New Jersey and is one of the largest of its kind in the United States.

“Without the ongoing support of our sponsors we would not be in such a position,” said George Uniss, Co-Chairman of the Garden State Horse Show. “Our show offers top prize money for exhibitors as well as a friendly atmosphere with good food and fine shopping for exhibitors and spectators alike. Without our vendors we would not be the same show.”

Some of this year’s sponsors include Agway, B&B Saddlery, who is committed to serving both the hunter/jumper and the dressage communities, and Kistler Buildings. Kistler is a leader in quality post frame construction and has been specializing in equestrian facilities, from state of the art equestrian facilities to moderate provincial barns, for the past 19 years.

The Garden State Horse Show also thanks Stillwell-Hansen, Reflections of Killington, Grand Meadows, First Hope Bank, Kanata Blanket Co., Katering Inc., Janet Crawford, Productions East, SmartPak Equine and Riverfield Farm. Also on board for this year are FIJI Water, Show Circuit Magazine and Equus Entries, designers of fine gold jewelry who will have their jewelry for sale in the boutique area.

Other vendors located in the boutique garden are: Farmvet.com for all barn supplies; tack by Sellerie De France; Congelosi Trailers; The Tack Box; Beval Saddlery; Wild Horses LTD.; leather products by J.M. Devocoux; custom leather by Charles Pinnell; The Stitcher; August Sign; Air Chairs; Rubino Insurance; Fort Dodge Animal Health; Centenary College; Crazy Ceramics and Gifts; Austrailian Country Outfitters; the County Saddler and Don Dever Golf Carts

The Garden State Horse Show returns for its 51st year, May 1-5, 2002 at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta, NJ. Admission is free except for Grand Prix Saturday. Saturday’s admission is $10.00 a carload with a portion of the proceeds going to the Sussex County 4-H.
