Success
Planning Associates, LLC Restructures To Form Novel Consulting Service
Indianapolis-During
these tough economic times, many non-profit organizations and small
businesses are looking for solutions to budget woes by increasing
the bottom line. Success Planning Associates, LLC (SPA) has recently
been restructured to assist non-profit organizations and businesses
with fundraising, planning, marketing, and operations needs.
Success
Planning Associates, LLC provides novel approaches to consulting
services in the areas of fundraising, planning, marketing, and operations.
Within these areas, SPA associates will work with organizations
and businesses to help with specific tasks like strategic, business,
financial, or career planning. Associates will also assist with
fundraising efforts like capital campaigns, and membership or sponsorship
development. Furthermore, SPA Associates are experienced in the
area of marketing and can assist entities with market strategy,
brand or image development, as well as public relations and media
buying efforts. Since all of the associates
have management experience, they will also offer operational services
like legal analysis, contract negotiations, board assessment, leadership
development, and plan implementation, as well as technology development.
"We
have identified a particular need in the horse industry for these
kind of consulting services and believe that we extend a helping
hand to the non-profit and business sectors at-large," says
Lucinda Griesey. For more information about Success Planning Associates

Director of Corporate Media Relations

Jerry
C. Walker, Ph.D., Greenfield, IN, formed Success Planning Associates,
SPA in January 1994 after a long career in research management with
Eli Lilly & Company. Initially, SPA specialized in assisting
organizations with strategic planning. In January 2002, SPA was
restructured, Success Planning Associates, LLC and expanded to a
full service organization offering consulting for the nonprofit
association and small business sectors. Born in El Paso, Texas,
Jerry received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in 1965 from
the University of Texas and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in 1969
from Clemson University. He joined Eli Lilly & Company that
same year and held numerous research management positions during
a 25-year-career with Lilly. He was Director of Toxicology when
he elected early retirement in December 1993 to establish his own
company. Jerry's successful corporate career with a Fortune 500
company and as a small businessman resulted in the development of
significant practical expertise in strategic planning. Further his
involvement in community affairs; serving on the boards of a number
of civic, business, and professional organizations; afforded him
the opportunity to lead nonprofit organizations in the development
of strategic plans. Working in both the
private and public sector, he developed a very practical model for
strategic planning that works equally well for both profit and nonprofit
organizations.
