TopSpec To Support Event Rider Tiny Clapham

TINY Clapham is the latest event rider to be sponsored by the leading equine nutrition company, TopSpec.

Based in Grantham, Lincolnshire, Tiny, a Los Angeles Olympic Team Member, will be bringing out and competing two of her younger horses during the 2003 season.

She will be aiming seven-year-old Phoebus at two star events as well as competing Venerable who is just starting his eventing career after being highly placed in the young event horse classes at Burghley for the past two years.

Emma Grasby who is based with Tiny and rides Hunnefer, will also be supported by TopSpec.

Said Tiny: "Eventers International is very proud to be associated with TopSpec. The horses are being fed on the Feed Balancer and are doing really well on it. I am very pleased to be connected with them."

Nicola Tyler of TopSpec Equine said: "We are pleased to be able to help a horsewoman of Tiny's stature. We wish her and her horses every success for the 2003 season.

"Eventing is a thrilling sport that requires horses to be extremely fit but also calm and obedient. As experienced nutritionists we can help owners and riders to produce horses capable of giving their best.

Firmly committed to the sport of eventing, TopSpec also currently sponsors event riders Rachel Thomas, Sarah Wright, Hannah Bates, Andy Heffernan and last year's TopSpec Eventing Scholar Olivia Haddow.
