Sheridan Promotions have confirmed that plans for the exciting new Belfast International Horse Show are well under way with the release this week of some of the biggest names in World Show Jumping, which coincides with the announcement that ticket sales for the event have been impressive.

While Cian O’Connor, Conor Swail and British riders Michael and John Whitaker, Robert Smith, Di Lampard and Nick Skelton have also joined the prestigious line up. Showing his support, Charles Hanley chairman of the Show Jumping Association of Ireland commented, 'The SJAI are delighted that an International event of this calibre is taking place. We feel the show is an ideal end to the season and will provide our own riders with the opportunity to compete against the world's best at international level on home ground, instead of having to travel abroad. We also see this new event as a celebration of Ireland's success in our sport while giving our younger or less experienced riders the exposure they need to an event of this calibre since loosing our World Cup at Milstreet and the SJAI greet this exciting event with open arms.'

Extending their already impressive list of sponsor’s for the BIIHS, Ireland’s largest auction house Wilson’s’ Auction’s and exclusive florist chain, Floral Earth have been added to the stable of leading businesses already supporting the show.
