"Clare Blaskey of Blue Chip Feed Ltd competing at HOYS"
NEW Best-Turned Out Award at HOYS

For the first time Best-Tuned Out Awards will be given in each of the Showing Class sections at this year’s Horse of the Year Show. Blue Chip Feed Ltd are supporting these new Horse of the Year Show Awards and have generously donated prizes.

Having competed at HOYS since she was five years old, and ridden and groomed a variety of horses and ponies herself, Blue Chip’s Clare Blaskey knows first hand the time and effort involved in competing at the Horse of the Year Show.

The Best-Turned Out Award recognises the hard work and dedication of the grooms that goes on behind-the-scenes in order to present each of the horses and ponies beautifully turned out for their championship class. The Owners will receive the Award and a tub of Blue Chip Feed Balancer, and the Groom will receive an embroidered Blue Chip Jacket and cap.

"We are delighted that Blue Chip are supporting this award" commented Mike Gill, Grandstand Media’s Director "Every finalist at HOYS is a Champion in its own right, and qualifying for HOYS is an achievement in itself. This award will provide an added incentive for the Grooms who often do not receive the recognition they deserve."
