Britain To Face Brazil - Again!

Brazil, high profile in the soccer World Cup, will be facing yet another international sporting battle against some familiar nations next month - in the International Arena at Hickstead.

It is one of the countries contesting the Samsung Nations Cup of Great Britain at the Golden Jubilee Royal International Horse Show (July 24 - 28), where as well as a British team it will be up against the familiar nations of Germany, Ireland, France, Belgium and Holland.

"This is always a hard fought competition, but I think Brazil could in the circumstances add a little more fire to the occasion," said Hickstead show secretary Lizzie Bunn. "British team manager Derek Ricketts will get some first-hand experience of what Sven Goran Eriksson has been going through."

The Samsung Nations Cup is scheduled for Thursday, July 25.
