Equestrian Announces Results Of The Dressage Young Horse
Finals

The
three USA Dressage Young Horse finals to select the U.S. Five
and Six-Year Old dressage horses that will represent the United
States at the FEI World Breeding Championships in Verden, Germany,
August 1-4, 2002, were held recently. A minimum qualifying score
of 6.5 was required to enter into these Finals.
According
to the USA Equestrian selection criteria, the minimum score required
to advance to the FEI World Breeding Championships is a 7.5. Based
on the results of the finals, four Five-Year-Old horses and one
Six-Year-Old horse achieved the minimum scores required. The number
of horses that the U.S. can enter in the FEI World Breeding Championships
is two in each age group.

Equestrian Inc., as the National Equestrian Federation of the
