The
Accenture British team of Gemma Plumley, Louise Pavitt, Ellen
Whitaker and James Billington were the winners of the Team Silver
Medal at the Junior European Championships held in San Remo,
Italy on 11th July. Great Britain finished on a total score
of 16 faults behind Switzerland who finished on 13 faults. Germany
and France both finished on 28 faults therefore a jump off was
required to decide the Bronze Medal winners, however Germany
were faster against the clock to claim the medal.
Mike
Florence was delighted with the team's overall performance,
especially James Billington on Michael Whitaker's Ashley who
jumped two superb clear rounds in the team competition.
