Lendon
Gray Fundraising Clinic
in Malden Bridge, NY, September 12, 2003
for The Equine Fund.
July
2, 2003 -- The Equine Fund, a non profit organization dedicated
to raising equine awareness to prevent abuse and raising funds
to assist equine rescue, will hold a second fundraising clinic
September 12, 2003. Exclusive clinician for this event is former
American Olympic team dressage rider, Lendon Gray.
The Leslie Stanton Equestrian Center in Malden Bridge, New York,
will serve as host facility for the clinic. The center is located
at 4186, Route 66 in Malden Bridge, NY, which is approximately
half an hour west of the Berkshires in Massachusetts, and half
an hour east of Albany, New York.
The clinic will hold several semi-private lessons (2 riders in
a class) conducted by Mrs. Gray. Auditors are welcome and encouraged.
The Equine Fund will
offer refreshments, with some unique equestrian products available."This
is our second clinic with Lendon Gray. The first was a great success
and we were able to make a donation to an equine rescue in Massachusetts
and one in New York in the name of all who participated in the
clinic. We hope to continue to raise awareness in a broad way
so that no horse is hurt or harmed at the hands of an uninformed
or misinformed person. We need to reach out to anyone who may
find themselves responsible for the life of a horse. This clinic
with Lendon Gray is one of many fundraising initiatives we will
host to help us reach our goals," says Allison Marchese,
Executive Director of The Equine Fund.
The clinic will benefit The Equine Fund, a non profit organization
dedicated to raising equine awareness to prevent abuse. The Equine
Fund is located in Old Chatham, NY. The organization can be reached
through Allison Marchese, Executive Director, at equinefund@aol.com
or by calling 518-766-0632 with any further questions or riders
and auditors wishing to register.
