USA EQUESTRIAN ISSUES STATEMENT ON NGB CHALLENGE

USA Equestrian (formerly American Horse Shows Association) issued a statement today by its president, Alan F. Balch, commenting on the USET trustees meeting held by telephone conference on Tuesday (August 28, 2001), in which another USET annual meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, September 12, 2001.

USET's corporate actions this year were declared "null and void" by the New Jersey Superior Court in a ruling issued on August 16. In addition, the court confirmed that USET trustees have an "absolute and unqualified right" to inspect all its books and records.
