Horse Show - Swail Wins Again
|
CONFIRMING
that he is a force to be reckoned with, Conor Swail from Co. Down
took another class at the Dublin Horse Show today (Thursday) following
his win in the opening day's Speed Stakes.
Riding
Barry O'Connor's <Double Diamond>, the Crossgar man took the
Grade A competition in the late afternoon sunlight, fractions of
a second ahead of Marion Hughes, riding Miguel Bravo's <Oh Jessie>.
Earlier
in the day he had come second to Cian O'Connor in the hotly-contested
international Speed Derby, riding Edward Cawley's <Windgate's
Mystique>, but made sure of victory in the last class of the
day, riding a foot-perfect double clear.
