CORSA TAKES POLE POSITION
Vauxhall's Corsa is now
the UK's number one training car, according to figures released by the Driving
Instructors' Association Britain's leading professional organisation for
driving instructors. In a highly competitive market, the ever-popular Corsa
has knocked rival Ford Fiesta off the much coveted pole position, into second
place. Nissan's Micra has now slipped to third place, with Peugeot in fourth.
Renault is rapidly gaining ground with its new Clio and the Toyota Yaris
takes sixth. Rover, currently in seventh position, is expected to make an
imminent comeback and Fiat, VW and Citroen are battling it out at the rear.
