AUGUSTA, NJOctober 8, 2001The Garden State Horse Show presented by the Junior Essex Troop, Inc., New Jerseys largest horse show, is pleased to announce that advertising and vendor opportunities are now available for the 2002 show. The 51st annual Garden State Horse Show will be held May 1-5, 2002 at the Sussex County Fairgrounds in Augusta, NJ.
Sponsorship Opportunities Various vendor sponsorship levels are available for companies who are interested in supporting the Garden State Horse Show. Vendor sponsor levels range from $750 to $3,000. Benefits, commensurate with sponsor levels, include advertisements in the Garden State prize list and souvenir program, recognition in news releases, parking passes, public service announcements on site at the event and vendor space.
Advertising Opportunities Separate from sponsorship packages, vendors can opt to purchase black and white or full color advertising space in the prize list and souvenir program. Ad space availability ranges from a business card size ad to a full-page ad.
On-Site Opportunities The Garden State Horse Show offers vendors the opportunity to make their products or services available to thousands of horse show spectators and participants at the Country Fair. Horse show competition takes place in five centrally located rings, allowing spectators, competitors, families and friends to stroll from ring to ring taking a break from the action to shop at the Country Fair. Vendors range from artists and antiques dealers to suppliers of fine clothing. Vendors are encouraged to reserve tent, booth or trailer space now to be sure of getting a prime location. On-site visibility packages range from $500-$1,200. The Garden State Horse Show is New Jerseys largest horse show show and is rated "AA" by USA Equestrian. As one of the largest shows of its kind in the country, the Garden State Horse Show attracts the nations best riders, including U.S. Equestrian Team and Olympic veterans such as Peter Leone and Nona Garson. The show runs daily from 8:00 a.m. until about 5:00 p.m. and features five rings of exciting equestrian competition. The weeks competition is highlighted by the $50,000 Garden State Grand Prix, a member event of the Cosequinâ U.S. Grand Prix League.
