LAPLAND TO LONDON Father Christmas drops in on Londons biggest Christmas show Olympia International Show Jumping Championships (19th-23rd December 2001) will be having a special visit from Father Christmas this December when he makes a flying visit from Lapland to London just days before Christmas. For the last 30 years both children and adults alike have thrilled to Father Christmass sleigh rides around the arena during the Finale of the biggest Christmas Show in London. But now, despite his heavy schedule, Father Christmas will be putting in a personal appearance in the main shopping area, along with two of his elves, on Wednesday, 19th December. This is your chance to meet Father Christmas in person and, you never know, he might even have a little something for you! There will be lots of entertainment for kids, from the Shetland Pony Grand National with the tiny ponies flying around the arena at top speed in an imitation of the great race, to the dog agility with our canine friends racing around the agility course and the wild and thrilling Cossacks. The finale tops the show off with Christmas Carols and plenty of festive spirit, which always gets both young and old singing along, and all this in addition to some of the best show jumping classes in Europe! So, if you have never met Father Christmas and dont want to stand in a queue to meet him, then head for Olympia on Wednesday, 19th December. If you want a really neat site to visit and get more information on the show then have a look at the website at www.olympiashowjumping.com There will be ten performances at Olympia from Wednesday 19th December Sunday 23rd December. Tickets are priced from £11 with concessions for children, groups, and seniors. For Private Boxes please call Daniella Lipman on 020 7370 8206.
