South Essex Is Recognised Again For Customer Care
The
insurance industry has again recognised South Essex Insurance
Brokers for its wide ranging efforts to maintain good relations
with its customers. The company has repeated its 1999 success
in being awarded the Insurance Age Broker of the Year title for
customer care for the second time.
It
is the sixth time in five years that the industry has held South
Essex Insurance Brokers as an example, singling out its customer
care with recognition by both Insurance Age and the British Insurance
Awards together with praise for its effective marketing, premium
protection and schemes expertise.
The
company puts heavy emphasis on its personal approach to its customers,
who are put directly in touch with staff. There is little queuing
and no numbered prompts to reach the operator or staff members.
Managing
director Barry Fehler said: "Any company is only as good
as its staff, and I am fortunate to have people who are sympathetic
and helpful in their work. It is particularly gratifying that
this is recognised by our fellow professionals in the industry."
The
judges were impressed by the company's work to provide 24-hour
assistance in emergencies, in adapting policies for particular
situations and its various helplines.
