Rule Changes Now Available

The
USA Equestrian Executive Committee approved rule changes to the
2003 USA Equestrian Rule Book on October 13.
Approved
rule changes are located under Rules/Changes on the Federation
web site. Additionally, the 2003 Rule Book on the web site has
been updated with all rule changes effective to-date. Note that
the Rule Book sections are updated as rules become effective and
those approved since the printing of the 2003 Rule Book are indicated
by colored text. Copies of any and all rule changes are available
