BETA Chief Executive Joins BEF Directors

BETA Chief Executive and Secretary Claire Williams has been invited to join the British Equestrian Federation Board of Directors.

Ms Williams will represent category C members on the board including many of the associations and groups within the equestrian world.

"I am extremely pleased that the other category C members have asked me to represent them on the board and will do everything I can to put forward any issues and views on their behalf that we would like to get across to the British Equestrian Federation," said Ms Williams.

BETA works closely with many organisations including the British Horse Society on such issues as safety and legislation, the Association of British Riding Schools, and the Horse and Pony Taxation Committee
