119th National Horse Show Welcomes Returning and New Sponsors

Wellington, FL – November 13, 2002 – The National Horse Show is proud to welcome back Adequan and BET on Jazz as sponsors for the 119th National Horse Show that will be held November 26-December 1 at the Palm Beach Polo Equestrian Club, the National’s first appearance outside the New York area.

For this year’s event, Adequan will be the Title Sponsor of the Amateur Owner Jumper Division and will also be presenting sponsor of the National Horse Show Jumper Championship, CSI-W (World Cup Qualifier). BET on Jazz is returning for its third year as the Title Sponsor of the National’s Junior Jumper Division.

Lexus is on board as the “Official Luxury Automobile” and will set up an off-road type course in the Grand Hunter Field for test drives. Lexus will donate one dollar for every test drive to a local charity. Lexus will also be the title sponsor of the High Jump Challenge at the special Friday evening event, “Jumping Under the Stars”. Kilkenny Insurance Agency is also joining this year’s National as a sponsor and will be the “Official Equine Insurance Provider” and also the Title Sponsor of the Amateur Owner Hunter Division.

The National is also pleased to announce the addition of the Palm Beach Post and the Village of Wellington as Official Sponsors. The sponsorship with the Palm Beach Post, “the Official Newspaper” of the 2002 National, will enable the 119th National Horse Show to properly advertise the event to the local public with print advertising and editorial coverage. The sponsorship of the Village of Wellington is greatly appreciated and offers the type of community support necessary for the success of an undertaking such as the 119th National Horse Show.
