Michael
Whitaker from Whatton, Nottinghamshire and Andrew Davies from Warrington,
Cheshire enjoyed a highly successful trip to the 2003 Royal Winter
Fair in Toronto finishing first and second in the World Cup Qualifier
and second and third in the Grand Prix. Michael riding the 9 year-old
bay mare, Portofino clinched victory in the FEI World Cup Qualifier
from Andrew and Mandy Hall's 10 year-old bay gelding, Limbo V after
an exciting nine-horse jump-off. The British duo beat American McLain
Ward and Goldika 559 into third place. Full results of the World

McLain Ward, this time riding the 8-year-old chestnut mare Sapphire,
emerged as victor with Andrew finishing runner-up and Michael
