In
order to encourage the participation of the world's best riders
and make the sport of Eventing more accessible and exciting for
the general public, some modifications have been brought to the
series' rules. The main change consists in the allocation of points.
World Cup points will be allocated to competitors only, as opposed
to competitor/horse combination as was the case during the first
season. The three best results will count towards the final standings.
Points will be allocated to all riders that have completed the
competition.
