Exclusive Agreement With Timeform To Provide Timeform Ratings In Auction

an exclusive U.S. agreement with Timeform of England to offer Timeform
Ratings in future Auction Edge books. Timeform Ratings, expressed in pounds,
are an objective basic measure of a horse's merit.
