Super Solvitax Continues Northern Dressage Sponsorship

In what will be the fourth season of dressage sponsorship centred on Cumbria, Super Solvitax has confirmed generous support for four summer championships to be known as the Super Solvitax Projoint Summer Dressage Championships at Blackdyke Farm Riding & Competition Centre.

The series will run from April to September at Preliminary, Novice, Elementary and Medium levels and will operate separately at each level as a points accumulator. Horse/rider combinations can achieve points for placings during the series and the Champions and Reserves at each of the four levels will receive some very generous prizes from Super Solvitax. Prizes will include clothing for both horse and rider, rosettes, commemorative shields and in addition, products from the highly regarded Super Solvitax range, used and endorsed by, amongst other leading competitors, Ian Stark, OBE.

Tony Day, Marketing Manager for the Super Solvitax range confirmed the 2002 sponsorship, saying, "Supporting dressage has proven interesting and popular and we have met a large number of competitors at these competitions, many of whom are our customers and already using our new Projoint product.

"Blackdyke Farm is a increasingly busy venue with very good facilities at which competitors are always made welcome. We are delighted to continue our support for their rapidly developing competition schedule."

Blackdyke Farm owners John and Anne Collier have seen entries for affiliated dressage rise dramatically in recent months, and announcing the on-going relationship with Super Solvitax, John said, "We have been encouraged by excellent entries for our dressage competitions and we are obviously delighted that Super Solvitax will be continuing their Summer Championships here.

"This series is especially popular as it is open to both affiliated and unaffiliated riders and horses. Competitors enjoy the opportunity to compete for what are very good prizes - it’s good to have this series in the north and we genuinely enjoy working alongside Super Solvitax.

The first of the Super Solvitax Projoint Summer Dressage Championship fixtures is scheduled to take place at Blackdyke Farm on Sunday, April 28 and schedules are available – affiliated classes in the British Dressage Omnibus, unaffiliated classes on receipt of an sae or at www.blackdykefarm.com.
