15 Nations To Compete In SRNC Ireland 2002

Fifteen nations, including teams from the U.S.A, Canada and Japan, will be
competing in the SRNC (Student Riders Nations Cup) Ireland 2002 later
this month.

The event will take place in Brennanstown Riding Centre, Bray, County
Wicklow from Friday March 22nd to Tuesday March 26th.

The competition is being held under the auspices of the Association
Internationales des Etudiante Cavaliers, the governing body for student
riders around the world and with IURCA; the Irish body for student riders.

This is the second time Ireland has had the honour to host The Student
Riders Nation Cup, which is seen as the most prestigious event in
student riders' calendars.

Over the course of the weekend, teams will be competing in both
dressage and show jumping to contest top individuals and teams
internationally.

Ireland always ranked highly in this event and is seeking to create a
greater impact on home ground.

This is the final competition before the World Championships, which will
take place in Belgium this October and will be a highly cultural, enjoyable
weekend for all involved.
