AL MAKTOUM ENDURANCE CUP CANCELLED
The Al Maktoum Cup and the Rambo Cup - highlights
of the Endurance Racing calendar in Ireland, have been cancelled by the
organisers, and the cancellation approved by the directors of the Irish Long
Distance Riding Association (ILDRA).
The events, due to take place in the Wicklow Hills from August 13 to August 16,
were cancelled <due to the ongoing problems associated with Foot and Mouth
Disease and out of respect to the local community,> according to the
organising committee.
