EUROPEAN SHOW JUMPING CHAMPIONSHIPS BEGIN WEDNESDAY JUNE 27 Second only to the Olympics in prestige and stature, the Senior European Show Jumping Championships are held every four years, and attract the top team and individual riders. This year, the Championships are being held in Arnhem, Netherlands, and begin tomorrow (Wednesday, June 27). The Irish team of riders attending the European Championships is: Jessica Kurten with Paavo N and Bonita 38 Peter Charles with Traxdata Carnavelley and Traxdata Corrada Dermott Lennon with Ezzat and Liscalgot Kevin Babington with Carling King and ABC Fantasia (Reserve: Cian O'Connor with Waterford Crystal and Irish Independent Casper) Chef d'Equipe: Tommy Wade The timetable for the Championships is below, but please note that the Netherlands is one hour ahead of GMT.
